New Vios TRD Sportivo launched in Malaysia

New Vios TRD Sportivo launched in Malaysia and available for booking now!!

Another choice for Vios Fans, the UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd has introduced a new variant Vios TRD Sportivo in replace the Vios 1.5S grade in Malaysia.
With its new variant, the Vios model line-up will still consist of a total four variants – Vios TRD Sportivo,Vios 1.5G, Vios 1.5E and Vios 1.5J. The new TRD Sportivo is about RM2k+ more expensive than the 1.5s it replaces, which used to go for RM88,600.00 as last I checked.
There are available in a few colors: Silver Metallic, Coal Black, White, Grey Mica and Bronze Metalic.

Accessories that come with the Vios TRD are:-

1. 5-piece Aerokit
2. 15-inch alloy rims
3. door visor
4. TRD Sportivo emblem.
5. Fabric sports seats
6. sports gear knob
7. TRD scuff plates
8. Sports Suspension (Optional)

Warranty is 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Bookings are open as of today, at an estimated price of RM90,900. The demo unit and display cars will be in showrooms nationwifde for the official showroom launch from the 17th of July 2009.

The new model TRD Sportivo look sportier and cool. However, a lot of people comment it is too expensive rather than using 1.5J to upgrade suspension, bodykit and bumper instead of cost RM90,900++.
